Purpose of the rules
These Community Guidelines explain how users must behave in NAVIA to maintain a safe, respectful and honest environment for dating, communication and serious relationships. The Guidelines apply together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Moderation & Complaints Policy and other NAVIA documents.
Who may use NAVIA
NAVIA is intended only for users aged 18 or older and for persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction if that age is higher. Minors may not create accounts or use NAVIA.
Honesty of profiles
Users must provide truthful, current and lawful information in their profiles. It is prohibited to mislead other users about age, identity, intentions, marital status, location, faith, photos or other important information.
Photos and identity
Users should use their own photos and must not use photos of another person without permission. It is prohibited to impersonate another person, create fake identities, use stolen images or present a profile in a way that materially misleads other users.
Respectful communication
Users must communicate respectfully and must respect boundaries, refusals and silence of other users. Pressure, humiliation, threats, harassment, obsessive messaging, manipulation, unwanted sexualised communication, insults and aggressive behaviour are prohibited.
Faith, values and respectful treatment
NAVIA may include Christian-oriented features and voluntary information about faith, denomination and values. Users must not mock, pressure, exploit or discriminate against others based on faith, denomination, spiritual views, family values or relationship goals. Users must not use faith, Scripture, church authority or spiritual language to manipulate, shame, financially exploit or control another person.
Prohibited content and behaviour
The following are prohibited:
- unlawful content or conduct;
- hate speech, discrimination or dehumanising language;
- threats, harassment, stalking or intimidation;
- pornographic, explicit or exploitative content;
- spam, mass advertising or unsolicited commercial offers;
- collection or publication of another person's personal data without lawful basis;
- attempts to bypass moderation, restrictions, security or payment mechanisms;
- automated scraping, bots, fake accounts or technical abuse.
Fraud, money and suspicious requests
Users must not request money, gifts, transfers, investments, loans, cryptocurrency, bank details, documents or other benefits from other users under false, manipulative or suspicious circumstances. Users should report suspicious behaviour, requests for money, external links, investment offers or attempts to move communication to unsafe channels.
Chats and private messages
Private messages must comply with these Guidelines. The absence of public visibility does not permit abuse. NAVIA may review specific messages when a complaint, dispute, safety issue, suspected fraud or legal request exists, as described in the Privacy Policy and Moderation & Complaints Policy.
Safety outside NAVIA
Users are responsible for their decisions outside NAVIA, including external messengers, meetings, transfers, promises and relationships. NAVIA recommends using caution, meeting in public places, informing trusted persons, avoiding money transfers and reporting suspicious conduct.
Complaints and blocking
Users may report profiles, content, messages or behaviour through available tools or by contacting support. Users may block other users where the functionality is available. Blocking may limit communication but does not necessarily delete prior records required for safety, legal or technical purposes.
Moderation measures
NAVIA may apply moderation measures, including warning, content removal, profile hiding, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent blocking, account deletion, payment-feature restriction or other measures allowed by law and NAVIA documents. The measure may depend on the seriousness, context, repetition, evidence and risk to users or the service.
AI features and user responsibility
AI-assisted recommendations or tips are auxiliary and do not replace the user's own judgment. Users must not use AI features to generate deception, manipulation, spam, harassment, fraud or content that violates these Guidelines.
Paid features and fair use
Paid Features do not give the user the right to violate these Guidelines or bypass moderation. NAVIA may restrict or remove access to Paid Features if the account violates rules, payment terms, law or safety requirements, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Repeated violations and account removal
Repeated, serious or dangerous violations may result in permanent account removal and loss of access to the service. Creating new accounts to bypass a block is prohibited unless NAVIA gives express permission.
Appeals
Where available or required by law, the user may appeal a moderation decision or request review through support or an appeal mechanism. NAVIA may uphold, change or reverse a decision based on available information and applicable rules.
Changes to the rules
NAVIA may update these Guidelines to improve safety, comply with law, clarify rules or reflect new features.
