The NAVIA app — open it or install it on your phone

NAVIA works in your phone or computer browser. You can also add it to your home screen and open it from an app icon.

Open the app

Open NAVIA

Open the app, choose your language and select Get Started. Sign in to your account for personal conversations and actions under your own name.

Add it to your home screen

On iPhone, open NAVIA in Safari and find Add to Home Screen in the Share menu. On Android, open your browser menu and choose Install app or Add to home screen. Menu names vary by browser.

Return to your conversations

Installation gives you a convenient way to open the same NAVIA. Messages and up-to-date information need an internet connection. If a link opened inside another app, open it in your phone’s regular browser to install.
