Application of This Document
These Payment & Subscription Terms / Payment Terms (hereinafter, the "Payment Terms") apply to all paid NAVIA features, including premium subscription, auto-renewal, boosts, re-display, account top placement, purchase of internal tokens, consumable digital features, digital gifts, voluntary project support, and other paid digital capabilities.
By using paid features, subscribing, or making a purchase, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these Payment Terms, the NAVIA Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable NAVIA documents.
If separate terms of Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, a bank, card issuer, or other payment provider govern a specific purchase, such terms may apply in addition to this document.
NAVIA Paid Features
NAVIA may provide free access and separate paid features. Paid features may include:
Purchasing a paid feature does not guarantee the user a specific number of views, matches, messages, dates, relationships, marriage, spiritual compatibility, or any other outcome. NAVIA provides a digital capability, not a guaranteed result of communication or relationships.
- premium subscription on a monthly basis;
- extended profile, search, visibility, or interaction capabilities;
- boosts and temporary profile visibility enhancement;
- re-display of the profile to other users;
- account top placement or other priority display;
- one-time paid features, packages, or digital capabilities;
- purchase of internal NAVIA tokens for use within the service;
- consumable digital features, upgrades, and additional capabilities purchased with tokens;
- digital gifts that a user may send to other users within NAVIA;
- voluntary support for NAVIA project development without a guarantee of reciprocal provision, unless otherwise expressly stated before payment;
- other paid features that NAVIA may introduce in the future.
Price, Currency, Taxes, and Pre-Payment Terms Display
Token packages, individual consumable features, digital gifts, and voluntary support amounts may be displayed separately. Before payment, the user must have access to information about the price, purchase contents, payment method, and applicable restrictions.
If a purchase is made through the iOS application or an Android application available via Google Play, the specific payment route may be determined by Apple App Store or Google Play rules. Purchases of digital goods and virtual units within mobile applications may require use of the payment system of the relevant app store.
Before confirming a purchase, NAVIA or the relevant payment provider displays to the user the material terms of the purchase, including price, currency, validity period, billing frequency, auto-renewal terms, paid feature contents, and cancellation method, where applicable.
Prices may be displayed with or without taxes depending on the user's country, payment method, app store requirements, payment provider, and applicable law. The user is responsible for paying applicable taxes, fees, bank charges, currency conversion, or other payments where they apply.
NAVIA may change prices, rates, feature contents, plan names, and terms of paid capabilities. For active auto-renewing subscriptions, such changes apply subject to applicable law, payment provider rules, and, where required, after notifying the user or obtaining their consent.
Payment Methods and External Payment Providers
NAVIA may accept payment via Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, bank cards, and other available payment methods. Specific payment methods may differ depending on the user's country, device, operating system, app store, bank, or technical availability.
Payments may be processed by external payment providers. NAVIA may receive and store limited payment information: transaction identifier, payment status, product type, amount, currency, payment date, subscription period, cancellation status, refund information, and technical identifiers necessary for purchase accounting and user support.
NAVIA must not request full bank card details from the user via chat, email, Telegram, support forms, or other insecure channels. If the user transmits such data outside a secure payment interface, they do so at their own risk, and NAVIA may delete such information from support requests.
Payment Data Security
NAVIA does not intend to store full bank card details, CVV/CVC codes, or other sensitive payment authentication data on its own where payment processing is carried out via Stripe, Apple, Google, or another payment provider.
Card data is processed by the relevant payment provider in its secure payment environment. NAVIA may use tokenized customer, payment, or subscription identifiers necessary to confirm payment, manage access to paid features, process refunds, maintain accounting records, and prevent fraud.
The user understands that payment providers may apply their own security rules, payment verification, anti-fraud mechanisms, refund rules, and payment dispute procedures.
Premium Subscription and Auto-Renewal
NAVIA premium subscription is provided on a monthly basis unless a different term is expressly stated before purchase. The subscription may automatically renew for the next period until the user cancels it in the prescribed manner.
By subscribing with auto-renewal, the user expressly authorizes NAVIA, Stripe, Apple, Google, or the relevant payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each new billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
The user must cancel the subscription independently before the next billing date if they do not wish it to renew. Deleting the application, logging out, ceasing use of NAVIA, or deleting the profile does not always cancel the subscription, especially if it was purchased via Apple App Store, Google Play, or an external payment provider.
If the subscription was purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and subscription management are usually performed through Apple or Google account settings. If the subscription was set up via the NAVIA website or Stripe, cancellation may be performed through NAVIA account settings, a payment portal, subscription management link, or by contacting support, where such method is available.
Subscription Cancellation
The user may cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time through the available cancellation mechanism. Cancellation stops future charges but does not always mean an immediate refund of an amount already paid or early termination of access to the paid feature.
After cancelling a subscription, the user usually retains access to paid premium features until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise provided by app store rules, payment provider rules, applicable law, or a specific offer.
NAVIA may restrict or terminate access to premium features if the user violates the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, these Payment Terms, security requirements, or applicable law. In such case, a refund may be denied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Purchases via Apple App Store and Google Play
If a purchase is made via Apple App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation, subscription management, and refunds may be governed by the rules of the relevant app store. In the event of a conflict between these Payment Terms and mandatory Apple or Google rules for a specific purchase, such rules may prevail with respect to payment processing, cancellation, or refunds.
NAVIA may not have the technical ability to cancel independently a subscription set up via Apple or Google if such cancellation must be performed by the user through their account in the relevant app store.
The user must check subscription status in their Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment service account and cancel auto-renewal in a timely manner if they do not wish further charges.
Boosts, Re-Display, and Account Top Placement
Boosts, re-display, account top placement, and other one-time paid features are digital services or digital capabilities that may be activated immediately after payment or within a technically reasonable time.
The user understands and agrees that such features:
If a boost or one-time feature was not provided due to a confirmed technical error by NAVIA, NAVIA may, at its discretion, provide re-activation, internal credit, an equivalent feature, or a refund in a manner permitted by law and payment provider rules.
- may have a limited validity period;
- may depend on activity of other users, region, search settings, technical algorithms, and overall demand;
- do not guarantee likes, matches, messages, relationships, marriage, or a specific amount of attention;
- may be considered used after activation, even if the user did not receive the expected result.
Internal NAVIA Tokens
NAVIA tokens are internal digital units of the service. The user may purchase tokens for use only within NAVIA, if such feature is available in their country, on their platform, and for their account.
Tokens may be used to purchase available consumable digital features, boosts, upgrades, additional capabilities, re-display, priority display, digital gifts to other users, and other features that NAVIA may introduce or modify.
NAVIA tokens are not money, cryptocurrency, electronic money, a means of payment, a security, an investment product, a store-of-value instrument, or a financial asset.
Tokens may not be withdrawn, exchanged for real money, sold, transferred outside NAVIA, used outside NAVIA, or used for money transfers between users. NAVIA does not guarantee permanent availability of specific ways to use tokens.
NAVIA may change names, packages, cost, accrual rules, spending rules, and availability of tokens, provided this does not violate already acquired mandatory user rights and applicable law.
Digital Gifts and Consumable Features
Digital gifts, consumables, upgrades, boosts, and other items purchased with tokens or by other available means are internal digital features of NAVIA.
A digital gift is not a money transfer, tip, donation to a user, payment instrument, or payout to the recipient. The recipient of a digital gift does not acquire the right to withdraw funds, receive monetary compensation, exchange the gift for money, or receive payment outside NAVIA.
After sending a digital gift, activating a boost, spending tokens, or beginning use of a consumable feature, such purchase is usually considered used and is not refundable, except where a refund is mandatory under law or payment platform rules.
Voluntary NAVIA Support
The user may voluntarily support NAVIA development through a separate support payment, if such feature is available. Such support is a voluntary payment in favor of the NAVIA project and may be used for service development, technical support, security, moderation, infrastructure, marketing, and community development.
Voluntary NAVIA support is not an investment, loan, equity purchase, security, financial product, crowdfunding for third parties, payment for a guaranteed result, or a charitable donation with a tax benefit, unless otherwise expressly stated by NAVIA and confirmed by applicable law.
Voluntary support does not create for the user a right to profit, income, control of NAVIA, refund of funds, special benefits, or specific features, unless such benefits are expressly stated before payment.
Trial Periods, Discounts, and Promotional Offers
NAVIA may offer trial periods, discounts, promo codes, special prices, or temporary offers. The terms of such offers are stated before activation or purchase.
If a trial period or discount converts to a paid subscription with auto-renewal, the user will be informed of the price, billing frequency, and cancellation procedure before confirming purchase, to the extent required by applicable law and payment platform rules.
NAVIA may limit availability of promotional offers by country, platform, user, period, device, or other objective criteria, and may discontinue promotional offers at any time, provided this does not violate already acquired user rights.
Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or rules of Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider, all purchases of digital features, activated boosts, spent tokens, sent digital gifts, one-time displays, and paid subscription periods are final and non-refundable after provision, activation, or use of the service.
For users from the EU and certain other jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract within the statutory period may apply. However, for digital services and digital content, this right may be limited or lost after the service begins to be provided if the user gave explicit consent to immediate provision and confirmed that they understand the consequences of such consent.
By purchasing a digital feature, the user, where permitted by law, agrees to immediate provision of the paid digital service and acknowledges that after its activation the right of withdrawal or refund may be limited or lost.
Refund requests for purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play may be reviewed by the relevant app store under its rules. NAVIA may provide purchase information but does not guarantee approval of a refund by an external provider.
NAVIA may deny a refund if the request relates to failure to achieve an expected personal outcome, absence of matches, absence of messages, subjective dissatisfaction with other users' profiles, user violation of rules, abuse of refunds, attempted fraud, or an already used digital feature, where denial is permitted by law.
Failed Payments, Arrears, and Access Restrictions
If a payment fails, is declined by the bank, cancelled, disputed, refunded, or deemed suspicious, NAVIA or the payment provider may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, suspend the subscription, restrict access to paid features, or cancel the purchase.
The user undertakes not to use third-party payment details, stolen cards, unauthorized payment methods, refund schemes, fictitious payment disputes, or other fraudulent actions. NAVIA may block the account, cancel paid features, and transmit information to the payment provider or competent authorities if there are signs of fraud or violation of law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the user disputes a payment through a bank, card, Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment service, NAVIA may suspend access to the relevant paid feature until the dispute is resolved.
If the dispute is found to be unfounded or related to the user's violation of these terms, NAVIA may restrict the account, deny further paid services, cancel bonuses, internal credits, or promotional access, and take other measures to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Invoices, Receipts, and Tax Information
Receipts, payment confirmations, invoices, or tax documents may be provided by NAVIA, Stripe, Apple, Google, a bank, app store, or other payment provider depending on the payment method and the user's country.
To issue accounting documents, NAVIA may request reasonable data: name, company name, tax number, address, email, country, payment data, and other information required by law. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Limitation of Payment Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVIA is not liable for actions or inaction of banks, payment systems, app stores, card providers, payment processing delays, bank fees, currency conversion, payment blocks, technical failures of external payment services, or refusal by an external provider to issue a refund.
NAVIA's liability for any paid feature, if it cannot be excluded by law, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant feature for the disputed period, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
No Financial Services
Internal tokens, digital gifts, and voluntary NAVIA support do not create a bank account, electronic wallet, payment account, investment instrument, security, financial claim, or right to receive monetary payouts.
NAVIA does not carry out money transfers between users, does not provide users with the ability to withdraw funds, and does not act as a payment system operator for settlements between users.
NAVIA is not a bank, payment institution, investment platform, financial adviser, lender, broker, or provider of regulated financial services. All payments in NAVIA relate to access to digital features of the application or website.
Premium subscription, boosts, re-display, account top placement, and other features are not investments, financial products, a guarantee of income, or a means of obtaining profit.
Changes to the Payment Terms
NAVIA may update these Payment Terms at any time. Non-material changes, technical clarifications, corrections, updates to contact details, or changes to document structure may take effect without separate notice to the user.
If a change materially affects user rights, the price of an active subscription, billing frequency, cancellation or refund procedure, NAVIA may notify the user via the application, website, email, push notification, Telegram, payment interface, or other available means where such notice is required by law or platform rules.
Continued use of paid features after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms, except where applicable law requires separate user consent.
Payment Contacts
For questions about payments, subscriptions, boosts, refunds, receipts, or technical payment issues, the user may contact NAVIA support: info@navia.land.
For legal questions related to these Payment Terms: office@navia.land.
For faster processing of a request, the user should provide the NAVIA account email, payment date, payment method, amount, currency, order number, or transaction identifier, if available. Do not send full bank card details, CVV/CVC code, or passwords.
