Sensitive Data Consent

This Sensitive Data Consent explains how NAVIA may process information that may be sensitive, special category or specially protected under applicable law. This Consent applies together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other NAVIA documents.

This Consent may cover voluntarily provided information about faith, denomination, Christian identity, spiritual values, relationship goals, family intentions, compatibility answers, certain profile information, precise geolocation and related data used for NAVIA functions. It may also cover the use of such data in AI-assisted analysis, recommendations, matching, safety and profile display where applicable.

NAVIA may allow the user to voluntarily state faith, denomination, spiritual values, church-related preferences, views on family, marriage and serious relationships. The user understands that this information may be considered sensitive under applicable law and may be displayed to other users if the user chooses to include it in the profile. NAVIA processes such data for profile operation, matching, recommendations, search, safety and service functionality.

The user may provide answers about relationship goals, values, family intentions, lifestyle preferences and compatibility. Such answers may be used to operate the profile, recommend other users, improve compatibility signals and provide AI-assisted tips.

If the user enables location permission, NAVIA may process precise geolocation for location-based discovery, approximate distance, matching, safety, fraud prevention and service operation. The user may disable geolocation in device settings or NAVIA settings, if available.

NAVIA may use profile data, questionnaire answers, preferences and interactions to provide AI-assisted analysis, partner recommendations and communication tips. Such recommendations are auxiliary and do not guarantee compatibility, safety, relationship, marriage or any specific outcome.

NAVIA does not plan to constantly read all private messages manually. However, when a complaint, dispute, safety risk, suspected fraud or legal request arises, authorised moderators or personnel may review relevant messages and related data. Such review is carried out to protect users, enforce rules, handle complaints, prevent abuse and comply with law.

Information the user chooses to place in the profile may be visible to other users depending on profile settings and service design. This may include faith, denomination, values, relationship goals, photos, description, interests, approximate distance or other information shown in the profile.

Providing sensitive information is voluntary. The user may choose not to fill in optional fields or may remove such information later where the service allows. Some NAVIA features may work less accurately or be unavailable if the user does not provide certain information or withdraws consent.

The user may withdraw consent by changing settings, deleting relevant information, disabling permissions or contacting NAVIA at office@navia.land or info@navia.land. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and does not prevent NAVIA from retaining data where required by law, security, disputes, fraud prevention or legitimate legal purposes.

After consent withdrawal, NAVIA may stop processing the relevant data for optional features, remove it from the profile or disable related functions where technically possible and required by law. Certain records may remain where necessary for legal obligations, safety, complaint handling, accounting, anti-fraud or defence of claims.

By giving this Consent, the user confirms that:

• the user is at least 18 years old;
• the user voluntarily provides the relevant information;
• the user understands that certain information may be visible to other users;
• the user understands that NAVIA may use the data for matching, recommendations, AI-assisted features, safety and service operation;
• the user may withdraw consent or delete information subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
